The Formula: 3-Light Fitness Shoot

Go on set with photographer Ab Sesay for a dramatic 3-light fitness photo shoot using Elinchrom ELC 500 lights. For this shoot he uses a Sekonic L-308X-U Light meter to quickly dial in each light.
